Mild Steel

We manufacture in Mild Steel ranging from 0.9mm through to 5mm thick sheet. We also use box section, angle, tubes, rods and flat bars of all varying sizes and thicknesses. All materials are purchased through our Approved Suppliers and Certificates of Conformity can be provided upon request.

Stainless Steel

We use various types of Stainless Steel in our manufacturing process. We mainly recommend using either 304 grade or 316 grade - depending on customers requirements and also customer pricing requirements. Both of these grades come in different finishes, plain (2b), grained @ 240 grit (DP1) or bright annealed (BA). We work with sheet thicknesses from 0.9mm through to 3mm in sheet. If thicker sheets are required for manufacture, these are purchased through a Lasercutter located on our Approved Supplier listings. We also work with box section, angle, tubes, rods and flat bars, again in all varying sizes and thicknesses. All materials are purchased through our Approved Suppliers and Certificates of Conformity can be provided upon request.

Aluminium

We use Aluminium 5251 H22 as a standard sheet grade, again ranging from 0.9mm through to 5mm thick sheet. We also use box section, angle, tubes, rods and flat bars of all varying sizes and thicknesses. All materials are purchased through our Approved Suppliers and Certificates of Conformity can be provided upon request.

Zintec

Zintec is a form of Mild Steel, but is coated at source with a zinc coating on both sides of the sheet. This helps to provide another layer of protection underneath a powdercoated finish to prevent any deterioration through the products life span. We manufacture in sheets ranging from 0.9mm through to 5mm thick. All materials are purchased through our Approved Suppliers and Certificates of Conformity can be provided upon request.

Fixings

All of our inserts are purchased through our Approved Suppliers and we ensure we only use top quality products. The most common fixings are finished in bright zinc plate (BZP), but we can also supply stainless steel and aluminium fixings as required.
